E n Our proposal for this project in its day has been studied not only adequate choice of materials and construction processes, but it has expanded the scope of the urban environment and development. It has been thought in the proper management and reuse of natural resources, conservation of energy. We have studied the planning and social behavior, behavior patterns and changes in the usability of the building in order to increase its life and recyclability functional. On the other hand we have analyzed the so-called life cycle: from the architectural design of the building and obtaining raw materials until they return to the environment as waste. In this sense, the choice of the qualities of the materials was done in such so as to minimize maintenance, just as the combination of facilities proposal minimizes operating costs.
Sustainable construction aims to not only the creation of living spaces but also influences their use by providing an added responsibility on how to create and use.
not forget that many of the resources behind the projects and the thought of a good sustainable architecture based on an approach very old and much more modest than has been seeing recently in the so-called sustainable architecture in which the appearance of artifact unreceptive makes and enters a way in conflict with what would be a human and emotional approach to architecture is proposed.
